How to report a problem
Provide the following details:
A detailed description of what you’re doing and the result you get (not just "it doesn’t work/open/play/download")
If the problem is related to any error in a notification/toast, be sure to attach a screenshot or the full text of the error
If asked, attach a log (see the section below)
If streaming/downloading fails only for a specific track/playlist/album/etc., be sure to attach a link to that track/playlist/album/etc.
If Murglar worked fine before and then problems appeared, specify what actions preceded the problem
Murglar version (not "latest" but the exact number). Questions about outdated versions are not accepted
Device vendor and model
Firmware — Android version, OEM UI (AOSP/MIUI/HyperOS/EMUI/MagicOS/ColorOS/etc.), official or custom
How to send a log
Reproduce the problem — repeat the action related to your question. For example, try opening again the list that fails due to an error, play a track, etc.
Get the log file:
Android — go to "Settings" → "Debug" → "Share logcat"
Desktop — go to "Settings" → "General settings" → "Open folder with application data and logs" or navigate to:
Windows —
%APPDATA%\Murglar\data\murglar.logLinux —
~/.config/Murglar/data/murglar.logmacOS —
~/Library/Application Support/Murglar/data/murglar.log
Send the log file to the developer — to email badmannersteam@gmail.com or Telegram @badmannersteam
